1. Product overview

DXB-12 outdoor box-type substation adopts assembly type for high and low voltage indoor electrical appliances. High-voltage indoor load switch - fuse combination electrical appliance, three-phase fuse installed in the same drawer, can be withdrawn and replaced, safe and convenient; The low-voltage indoor disconnector can be opened and broken with load, and the operating handle is interlocked with the outer door of the drawer, which can effectively prevent misoperation. The main switch outlet can be equipped with 4--8 circuits as needed. The low-voltage capacitor compensation part can be withdrawn from the side door of the low chamber, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

 

2. Product use

 

Outdoor box substation is a kind of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, low-voltage electrical equipment in different arrangements to form a complete power supply and distribution system, mainly used for high-voltage 12KV modern ring network system and modern urban network transformation, can meet the needs of 2000KVA and below different users.

 

3. Environmental conditions for product use

 

(1) The altitude does not exceed 1000m

 

(2) Upper limit of ambient air temperature +40°C Lower limit -25°C

 

(3) The outdoor wind speed does not exceed 35m/s

 

(4) Relative temperature Daily average ≤95% (at 25 °C) Monthly average ≤90% (at 25 °C)

 

(5) No collision with regular severe vibration

 

(6) No flood, explosion hazard and serious pollution, chemical corrosion.

Mainly used for: urban living quarters, industrial and mining enterprises, mines, oil fields, docks, airports. It can also be used as a temporary power supply equipment for various construction sites.

Compared with conventional civil substation, DXB-12 outdoor box substation has compact structure, small footprint, low comprehensive cost, its structure is a product arrangement, transformer and high and low voltage equipment are closely connected with each other, and the transformer is exposed to the air on three sides, the heat dissipation conditions are good, and can be separated from the high and low voltage equipment shell, easy to maintain and overhaul. Therefore, it has been widely used in foreign countries, and at present, in China, with the transformation of urban and rural power grids, box-type substations have been recognized by more users.

 

1. The low-voltage chamber of the "product" zigzag structure is wide, and 5-6 low-voltage cabinets can be placed, and there are 6-12 cable outlets. According to user requirements, the box can be set up with an internal operation corridor.

 

2. The box skeleton is welded by channel steel and angle steel, which has high mechanical strength. The box shell material is made of 2mm thick aluminum alloy plate, which has excellent anti-corrosion ability, and can be coordinated with the surrounding environment by spray painting and coloring.

 

3. Have good heat insulation and ventilation measures. The box is surrounded by upper and lower ventilated air ducts, the air duct also doubles as a stiffener, and the box neck cover is equipped with a heat insulation layer made of 30-50mm thick new flame retardant material in the mezzanine, which can effectively prevent solar radiation. The bottom of the transformer chamber is equipped with an automatically controlled axial fan, and the upper part of the door is a high "A" shaped ventilation window, which can ensure that the transformer can operate at full load in the high temperature season.

 

4. The outer door lock of the box adopts a special door lock that is rainproof, anti-blocking, rust-proof and anti-theft, and the outer door can be positioned in the opening position after opening.

 

5. The outer door frame is equipped with a special rubber insert, the roof of the box is equipped with a rainproof eaves, and the bottom cable inlet and outlet are equipped with a pagoda-shaped rubber ring, which can effectively prevent rain, dust, small animals, and ensure the reliable operation of electrical equipment.

 

6. The transformer room can be set up with track and transformer trolley to facilitate transformer installation and replacement.

 

7. The box-type variable high pressure part adopts high-voltage vacuum switchgear or load switching ring network cabinet, which is easy to operate and has high reliability.

 

8. The transformer room is equipped with two doors, the inner network door adopts the open type, the metal mesh is galvanized, and the mesh diameter = 8mm is ensured to ensure the personal safety of the inspectors.

 

9. The high-voltage inlet scheme is pided into two types: cable and overhead inlet, and the low-voltage outlet is generally a cable outlet.

 

10. The box body adopts the lower lifting method, which is stable and reliable in lifting.

 

11. The transformer part of the simple box transformer is exposed, the high and low voltage wiring is closed, and the low voltage part can be set up 2-4 back lines according to the needs of users.

 

1. Technical requirements

 

(1) Box-type substations are generally used outdoors, so a series of measures must be taken in the structure to prevent condensation, otherwise it will cause flashover discharge;

 

(2) To prevent heating, otherwise the light will cause the equipment power to drop, the heavy will burn the equipment, to prevent corrosion, because the shell is easily corroded under outdoor wind and rain;

 

(3) It should be waterproof, otherwise after the rainwater enters the box-type substation, it will affect the normal production of the equipment;

 

(4) To prevent explosion, mainly from the aspect of personal safety;

 

(5) Because box-type substations are often used in living quarters and other places, it is also necessary to consider its appearance, increase aesthetic characteristics, and even humanize its design, such as not too high, so as not to affect people's line of sight, nor too low, so as not to climb on the top of the substation, causing danger.
